Appuntamento??? Non serve a nulla Bad organization, if you don't have to go there for the tampon, don't avoid it, average wait 90 min for a tampon, maybe this morning 2 and a half hours ... Ho rifatto il test PCR subito in 2 posti diversi e sono risultati NEGATIVI.!!! HO FATTO DENUCIA E HO SCOPERTO ALTRE 4 FAMIGLIE COME NOI CHE ERANO IN PARTENZA PER UN PAESE ESTERO. Ti fanno risultare positivi così rifai il test e ci guadagnano. ATTENTION !!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! They made my dad and mom turn out POSITIVE BUT IT WASN'T TRUE !!!!! I did the PCR test immediately in 2 different places and they were NEGATIVE. !!! I DENUCTED AND DISCOVERED 4 OTHER FAMILIES LIKE US WHO WERE LEAVING FOR A FOREIGN COUNTRY. They make you test positive so you take the test again and they make money.

Mi sono recata in data 17/12/21 alle ore 15.30 presso gli uffici per chiedere semplicemente delle informazioni sui tamponi, dovendo partire per l’Inghilterra. La dipendente con cui ho parlato mi ha trattato in modo molto sgarbato, saccente, maleducato. Inoltre 45€ di tampone che diventano 60€ PER UNA SEMPLICE TRADUZIONE IN INGLESE mi sembra eccessivo. Ho prenotato altrove BAD experience. I went to the offices on 17/12/21 at 3.30 pm to simply ask for information on tampons, having to leave for England. The employee I spoke to treated me very rude, pedantic, rude. Also 45 € of buffer which becomes 60 € FOR A SIMPLE ENGLISH TRANSLATION seems excessive to me. I have booked elsewhere

C’erano almeno 180 (non ho sbagliato a scrivere) macchine in fila davanti alla mia e tutte con la prenotazione per il tampone. Non perdete tempo come ho fatto io! Se prenotate da Synlab pagate €50 e avete l’esito il giorno successivo senza fare inutili code al freddo. 4.12 I went here at 10.30 for a tampon BOOKED by my GP. There were at least 180 (I didn't misspell it) machines lined up in front of mine and all with a reservation for a tampon. Don't waste your time like I did! If you book with Synlab you pay € 50 and you have the result the next day without queuing up in the cold.

Un autobus ha impiegato un'ora per poter proseguire per la sua strada. Ora, con gli accessi contingentati dalla prenotazione è cambiato tutto. Bisogna prenotarlo dal medico di medicina di base! I gave it two stars since it took me almost five hours when I had to go. And the queue was a stopper for local transport buses. A bus took an hour to continue on its way. Now, with the accesses limited by the reservation, everything has changed. It must be booked at the general practitioner!
E	Elisa Ardigò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi data 27/12/2021 il prima possibile per effettuare il tampone sta mattina, non riuscendo il medico di base a prenotare sulla piattaforma mi ha inviato una mail dicendo che dovevo eseguire il tampone (senza prenotazioni c'è scritto sul sito dalle 8.30 alle 11.30), mia mamma e mia sorella fatto qualche giorno precedente al mio gliel'hanno effettuato, vedendo una ragazza giovane non mi hanno preso sul serio dicendo che senza appuntamento non si può fare, grazie mille. Potrei essere negativa ma resterò in isolamento perché vedendomi non mi fanno il tampone. Si porta rispetto a qualsiasi persona che sia giovane o adulta ma sono abituata a non avere gli stessi trattamenti da un adulto visto che l'Italia è fatta solo di pregiudizi, professionalità pessima. I could be negative but I will remain in isolation because they don't swab me when they see me. She has respect for any person who is young or adult but I am used to not having the same treatments from an adult since Italy is made up only of prejudices, very bad professionalism.
