All’accettazione Sign.ra carina, ma al suo fianco una signora tanto scorbutica e scortese (soprattutto con mio figlio) che mi veniva voglia già di andarmene. Cara sei a contatto con il pubblico.. cortesia per primo. Visita vista approssimativa, elettrocardiogramma di 10 secondi (massimo 15) e... ciliegina ?!?!? Il medico! Gli ho portato esami urine e sangue. Li ha guardati e mi ha detto “abbastanza bene!” Ed io” in che senso scusi” “è non so i parametri dei bambini non so leggerli”. Hai preso la laurea all’universita dei pagliacci???? Delusa delusa delusa. 35 euro buttati! E il bello è che ci vanno tutti... mah!!! Total disappointment! They aim for quantity rather than quality. L’unico inconveniente è il numero per parlare con un operatore, sempre occupato e quando invece è libero entra la posta vocale, chiede la password e non permette di andare oltre. La domanda è: ma se nessuno risponde al telefono come si fa a prenotare? Non rilasciano un certificato medico agonistico se non si è associati a società sportiva.... quindi per loro è impossibile iscriversi ad una gara con il tesseramento giornaliero. Se potessi nemmeno una stella vi darei! Incompetence and arrogance. Stay away!
