★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byliśmy tam 3 lata z rzędu 2018-2020 na przełomie lipca i sierpnia. Piękne miejsce, widok na morze, na góry, na basen który jest bardzo czysty. Dookoła dużo zieleni, palmy, kwiaty...bajecznie. Teren zamknięty, z miejscami postojowymi. Apartamenty duże, czyste, dobrze wyposażone ( co prawda bez klimatyzacji, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało ) z dużymi tarasami. Pomocny i uczynny gospodarz Luigi - mega pomocny!!! Na pewno wrócimy!
 We were there for 3 years in a row 2018-2020 at the turn of July and August. Beautiful place, view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool which is very clean. Around a lot of greenery, palm trees, flowers ... fabulous. Closed area, with parking spaces. Large, clean, well-equipped apartments (without air conditioning, but we did not mind) with large terraces. Helpful and obliging host Luigi - very helpful !!! We will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto favoloso molto pulito casa bella accogliente con tutti i confort la piscina e il parco molto curato l'unica pecca l'esterno molta immondizia sulla strada alcuni bar di Scalea non sono puliti i bagni poi non ne parliamo privi di sapone per le mani e carta igienica un particolare dell'esterno del supermercato DECÒ pieno di sporcizia peccato perché hanno dei posti incantevoli ma l'igiene non sanno nemmeno cosa sia
Fabulous place very clean nice cozy house with all the comforts the swimming pool and the well-kept park the only flaw the outside a lot of garbage on the street some bars in Scalea are not clean the bathrooms then we don't talk about it without hand soap and paper toilet a detail of the exterior of the DECÒ supermarket full of dirt sin because they have lovely places but the hygiene does not even know what it is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nuova e ben posizionata permette di poter fare delle 3scursioni sia verso nord che verso sud e visitare una miriade di località bellissime. Il signor Luigi è molto in gamba e simpatico, complimenti avanti così!
New and well positioned structure allows you to make 3 excursions both north and south and visit a myriad of beautiful locations. Mr. Luigi is very smart and nice, congratulations on like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo e pulito ma pieno di barriere architettoniche. E niente rampe. Piscina top per la presenza di entrata a sfioro. Ma dovrebbero essere più attenti in sede di prenotazione, mi sono salvata la vacanza per merito di chi mi accompagnava. Spiaggia lontana. No servizi nelle vicinanze a parte piccolo alimentari
Quiet and clean place but full of architectural barriers. And no ramps. Top pool due to the presence of an infinity entrance. But they should be more careful when booking, I saved my holiday thanks to those who accompanied me. Distant beach. No services nearby apart from small grocery stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso solo 3 notti in questa struttura per problemi improvvisi di salute. Luigi persona solare, calorosa, umana, come forse ormai pochi ce ne sono. Meraviglioso, ci è venuto in contro in ogni modo, ha fatto anche più di quanto avrebbe dovuto. Piscina pulitissima, igienizzante lettini ogni mattina davanti ai nostri occhi. Appartamenti belli, arredamenti moderni. In collina, necessaria la macchina. Fa caldo, noi avevamo un ventilatore. Esperienza molto positiva.
We only spent 3 nights at this facility due to sudden health problems. Luigi sunny person, warm, human, as perhaps there are few of them now. Wonderful, he came up against us in every way, he did even more than he should have. Spotless pool, sanitizing sunbeds every morning in front of our eyes. Beautiful apartments, modern furnishings. In the hills, a car is necessary. It's hot, we had a fan. Very positive experience.
