β β β β β Forget for wi-fi. It is only marketing since i am sitting at the hotel's reception now and using mobile provider connection only. So if you need to be online you should think about it. Personal and other services are good except of snack and above mentioned.

hotel on the beach in Praia a mare.
Has out door pool, large restaurant, open for new year also! A plus around this area where most are closed after oct! It us next to s water park which can be a but noisy one side of the hotel.

β β β β β It was really bad because at the beginning i cant telephone the hotel and ask for the beach so i would give a 3 from 10 i wouldnt suggest it for a family!

β β β β β Well position for those who like a nice walk into town, the beach is a pebble beach, however, if you explore you can find sandier ones. The rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful too. There sometimes can be a hefty queue at reception, but again, the staff make you feel at ease and do their best to help you have a great holiday. The only downer could be the food, yet... this depends on your personal taste. The resort holding so many people, leads to a mass production of food thus less care in the presentation and preparation. Which is understandable in my opinion.

β β β β β This is our second visit but our first time since they had to make changes due to Covid-19. All of the new things make a lot of since and seem to work well. The only thing that's different that needs work is the food. It is no longer a buffet offering for dinner. It is a set course menu and they did not have a children's option. Breakfast also has less of a selection. Other then that everything was great. The service is friendly and the rooms are clean. The beach is super close and the pool is great for kids.
