S	Stephan Hess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr freche und lasche Geschäftspolitik sondergleichen, wo wir so noch nie erlebt haben; Wir hatten eine Anfrage gemacht ob ein Zimmer frei wäre. Sie haben verneint. Auf eine weitere Anfrage (nur Anfrage) 2 Nächte verschoben (Sa-Mo) haben sie gesagt wäre frei. Wir haben aber keine Buchungsbestätigung absolviert und auch nichts reserviert. Wir haben anderweitigs etwas gefunden für FR/SA/SO. Tage später kam von Residence Windsurf dann sehr überraschend die Infomation, dass sie unseren Voucher (von einer Stornierung mit ärztlichem Zeugnis belegbar) streichen werden!? Wie gesagt; Wir haben aber nie eine Buchungsbestätigung bekommen, geschweige denn etwas reserviert! Sie können uns und unserem Rechtsschutz (Geld haben wir jetzt von dem Rechtsschutz zurückbekommen, da Recht haben und Recht bekommen nicht das gleiche ist - vor allem im Ausland) nichts belegen aber stellen sich stur und blockieren. Absolute Frechheit und Charakterlosigkeit ist, dass dieses Besitzerehepaar sich auch nicht mehr auf unsere Mails meldeten! Sehr unprofessionelles und inkorrektes Verhalten sondergleichen. A very cheeky and lax business policy that we have never experienced before; We had made an inquiry whether a room would be available. You said no. Upon another request (request only) 2 nights postponed (Sat-Mon) they said would be free. However, we have not completed a booking confirmation and have not reserved anything. We have found something else for FR / SA / SO. Days later, Residence Windsurf surprisingly received the information that they would cancel our voucher (which can be substantiated by a cancellation with a medical certificate) !? As I said; We never received a booking confirmation, let alone made a reservation! You can not prove anything to us and our legal protection (we have now got money back from legal protection because being right and getting right is not the same - especially abroad) but stubbornly and block. Absolute insolence and lack of character is that this owner couple no longer reported on our mails! Very unprofessional and incorrect behavior unparalleled.

I monolocali sono dotati di tutto il necessario, sono puliti e ben organizzati, magari si potrebbero modernizzare giusto un po' siccome l'arredo fa un po' anni 80 ma per funzionalità, posizione e servizi nulla da dire. Noi eravamo al piano terra e ci é piaciuto molto il giardino con tavoli e sedie ideale per mangiare e stare all'aperto. Il personale é stato molto gentile e cordiale Very quiet place and near the best part of the Domaso lakefront. The studios are equipped with everything you need, they are clean and well organized, maybe you could modernize just a bit as the furniture is a little 80 years old but for functionality, location and services nothing to say. We were on the ground floor and we loved the garden with tables and chairs ideal for eating and being outdoors. The staff was very kind and friendly
M	Mäuse palace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten nur ein kleines Zimmer. Dieses war mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Leider sehr hellhörig und wenig Komfort. Dennoch 4 Sterne für hervorragende Sauberkeit, Strand 150m entfernt, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Diese Unterkunft gerne wieder, dann aber eine Ferienwohnung in einem Obergeschoss. Dort gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. We only had a small room. This was equipped with the essentials. Unfortunately very noisy and little comfort. Still 4 stars for excellent cleanliness, beach 150m away, very nice and accommodating hosts. This accommodation like again, but then a holiday apartment on an upper floor. There is also air conditioning.

La gentilezza e la cortesia li contraddistingue nei rapporti con la clientela italiana e straniera che ha imparato ad apprezzare particolarmente queste qualità non sempre messe in atto in particolare nei periodi di grande afflusso(il lago di Como sta vivendo una incredibile vivacità). Kitchen, Bathroom everything was in very good condition and pretty new. In 2min walking distance you reach the Lago. The Host was super friendly, we arrived late because of traffic and they welcomed us with an Espresso by almost midnight. Fully recommend.
