It is a private / public space that is formed in the internal air between the two streets Gran Paradiso and via Monte Rosa, flanked the first by the 7 buildings of the Casa Nostra cooperative and in the second by the 7 buildings of the La Benefica cooperative, the two historic building cooperatives of Novate Milanese. All buildings have the same height as 7 floors, to maintain uniform volume. As can be seen from the photos taken from above, the internal space extensively recreates the classic old courtyard of the historic farmhouses of the Po Valley, especially from Lombardy, of which there were many even in Novate up to 40/50 years ago. The greenery and the games make it a privileged place for children and teenagers for games, which in a near and under house way can have recreational moments even at convenient times for distances. The costs for the furniture for games and garden maintenance are divided precisely in the expenses of the condominiums of the various buildings, since the area, despite being a municipal public, is left in management to these private entities. . A gray detail: someone considers himself more owner than others, but this also happened 30/40 years ago, when the park was a little more than half of the current one. People become others, new ones arrive .... but the heads ..... no, they don't change.
