★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want to have to walk too far to Bergamo old town, this is a good parking spot, because it is at the edge of the 'limited traffic' (zone traffico limitato ZTL) area.
However, if you are looking for cheap parking, I definitely think there are better places to park your car (we paid 13,20 for 6 hours).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure parking at the centre of town. No lift to the ground level, only to the lower levels. Disabled parking aplenty but no lift to ground level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the lots throughout Italy like this one are great. Easy to navigate and the open spaces are marked with green lights. If you're just stopping through a town on the way to see somewhere else, I'd recommend using these lots. This one in Bergamo was great, just like the others we've used.

You cannot go further up because you will hit ZTL zone so this prking is the closest as I know to the tram station
