Personale, gentile e disponibile soprattutto il signore della mattina!!! Il mio idolo, abbiamo riso un sacco!! Grande!!! I state that I am not the best with the car but I found this parking (I'm talking about the width of the ramps) equal to many other parking lots in Bergamo. Convenient location since there are few parking lots in the area. Staff, kind and helpful especially the gentleman of the morning !!! My idol, we laughed a lot !! Great!!!

Molto scomodo...stretto ... probabilmente l'accesso del numero di macchine consentite era superiore al numero di posti a disposizione.... perché gli spazi non consentivano manovre...e non e' una questione di impedimento!!! Pessima esperienza! Parking to avoid !!!!!!! Da quest'ora fino alle 7.30 del mattino non è possibile ritirare l'auto. Nonostante il prezzario non indichi alcun prezzo nella fascia oraria 00.30-7.30 (lasciando intendere che il costo sia compreso nel pagamento precedente!) viene invece addebitato il costo orario ordinario! Ci sono altri parcheggi in zona con prezzi molto più trasparenti di questo che per i motivi indicati sconsiglio. Parking scam! Non è normale uscire dall'abitacolo dal lato passeggero. Sconsiglio il parcheggio, evitatelo proprio. In giro ne trovate di migliori sotto tutti i punti di vista! Servizio eccellente e personale cordiale, disponibile ad aiutare gli utenti per qualsiasi esigenza. Io che ho un SUV, da donna, non ho avuto alcuna difficoltà di accesso al parcheggio.
