Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments

The Hotel is nice no doubt, but my wife was pregnant and she was a little bit hungry so we decided to order from the restaurant. I've ordered two pizzas,it was quite late the restaurant was empty it took about 35 min for two pizzas .What can I say it was hard like a rock the worst pizza I've ever tried

Lovely place, in a beautiful setting, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and roomy and kept immaculately clean. Dinner service was a bit slow, and the WiFi was very flakey. I would definitely come again!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Nice view, big apartments, kind staff, very good breakfast. We were stay out of the season, a lot of restaurants, bars were closed.. We will return in the summer..

This hotel has everything going for it, location, architecture and amenities, but the experience is ruined by a somewhat rigid and stiff upper lip approach to service. Being a four star hotel comes with expectations. One of the things about this hotel that will drive you up "ze wall" is their 1999 take on Wi-Fi. You expect free wireless, not paying for anything over 1 mb. Want to watch youtube or stream just about anything, its going to cost you. So if you don´t fork out, you are set for a stay reading wikipedia. That is, if you bother with the never ending process of signing in to their precious network Be prepared to do this somewhat time consuming process at least once every few hours. Enjoy! Also, if you rent an apartment with a kitchen, you have to spend part of your much anticipated vacation counting every fork, spoon, and utensil in the kitchen inventory. When you are done you need to sign off on a waiver setting you up to owing them money if you mess up, or do not have any idea what the poorly translated inventory list is wanting you to count in the first place. If you are unfortunate enough to leave a few dirty dishes , you will be hit with a 25 euro fee. On top of this, they do not provide such elemental things such as kitchen linens and dish soap. So if you really luck out, the people that lived there before you took the easy way out, leaving you with kitchenware cleaned with bodywash and dried with perhaps a towel from the bathroom that has been used to for its intended purpose for at least a few days. So if your wine has a different bouquet than what you are used to, that is your explanation - showergel, sunscreen and human. Four star hotel? Naah... This is what you expect to see at a campsite Save yourself the trouble, book somewhere else. The Garda Sea has plenty of better options at half the price, twice the fun, and 100x Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel with very Good restaurant. Stayed two night in suite with private pool. With a suite like this you expect view at the Garda Lake But our view was a stone wall. See pictures. Pool was perfect. Suite little old for value. Paid 600 euro a night. Only one bottle water for fout persons. Airco was terrible. Way to loud and high fan speed. Couldn’t BE changed. So lot of noise while sleeping. Both AC the same. Shower was broke. Had to fix with towel. See picture. And paid high speed WiFi was horrible. Didn’t work at all and debited twice from Paypall. So park and restaurant oké. Suite No value for What you pay.

Most beautiful views from breakfast hall. Breadth taking scenic beauty all around. Every money spent is worthwhile. You will be surprised every morning how beautiful the views are out of your apartment or rooms. Large fresh healthiest breakfast.

Beautiful hotel! First holiday with our 1 year old, Would definitely go back! Staff are very friendly swimming pool inside and out. Lovely accommodation. Can hire bikes at the shop close by. 10 minutes walk to lake garda and the town.

On our First day The adult only Pool bar was closed already at 4 pm . We Wanted to Order 2 Aperol, and were Send to Restaurant and bar. But no one was able to Server us, and we should Open some cashless Account…. wtf….as we had no cash With us… Overall the Service is very Bad. The reception is absolutwly unfriendly, and hung up the Call When we tried to complain. As we have paid 250 per Night this is Not acceptable. Adult pool has no bar, we were told to Go to the supermarket and bring our own drinks? Whats wrong in this Hotel ? Never ever again, no recommendation. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy!
