E	EGLE POTENA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho regalato un coupon ad una mia amica in occasione del suo compleanno; la delusione è stata molta nel momento in cui ho saputo che non ha potuto usufruirne appieno, venendo addirittura sbeffeggiata come una ladra nel momento in cui ha chiesto, legittimamente, di sottoporsi al secondo dei tre trattamenti compresi nel pacchetto. Disguidi relativi ai coupon, pur essendo decisamente spiacevoli, possono capitare, mai, però, dovrebbe venire la disponibilità all'ascolto del cliente educato e rispettoso, se poi si sfocia nell'irrisione aperta...beh, non si può che ricevere una recensione negativa, cui magari sarebbe bene evitare di rispondere con stizza infantile :) I gave a friend a coupon for her birthday; the disappointment was a lot when I learned that he could not take full advantage of it, even being mocked as a thief when he asked, legitimately, to undergo the second of the three treatments included in the package. Misunderstandings related to coupons, even if they are decidedly unpleasant, can happen, never, however, should the willingness to listen to the polite and respectful customer come, if then it results in open irritation ... well, one can only receive a review negative, which perhaps would be good to avoid responding with childish anger :)
D	DANIELA DIGIOIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lungi da me dare una recensione falsa, visto che non posso rispondere al commento della proprietaria, ricondivido la mia esperienza assolutamente negativa, mi é stato regalato un coupon da groupon con 3 massaggi, il primo l'ho fatto, il secondo mai fatto ma considerato come se ne avessi usufruito nonostante avessi chiamato più di 24 ore prima per la disdetta, il terzo (che io pensavo fosse il secondo) me l hanno categoricamente proibito trattandomi come se fossi una ladra e ridendomi in faccia. Ho avvisato subito groupon dell'accaduto e ho gia provveduto ad inviare una mail scritta allo stesso groupon che si scusa e provvederà a risolverla a suo modo. Far be it from me to give a false review, since I cannot reply to the comment of the owner, I recapitulate my absolutely negative experience, I was given a groupon coupon with 3 massages, the first I did, the second never done but considered as if I had used it despite having called for more than 24 hours before for the cancellation, the third (which I thought was the second one) categorically forbade me from treating myself as if I were a thief and laughing in my face. I immediately notified groupon of the incident and I have already proceeded to send an email written to the same groupon that apologizes and will arrange to solve it in its own way.
