Peccato che al pronto soccorso più volte ho trovato personale veramente maleducato tra cui anche medici per niente disponibili senza un minimo di tatto nei confronti di pazienti anche abbastanza urgenti! Qui ho trovato chi non ti considera un problema ma, qualcuno che considera studia e pensa al tuo problema come suo per poterlo risolvere. Davvero persone con il cuore. Unica pecca è il pronto soccorso dove le code di attesa sono lunghe e interminabili, dovrebbero assumere più persone per diminuirle. Parcheggio solo a pagamento esterno all'ospedale, per parcheggiare dentro il confine dell'ospedale bisogna avere permessi o casi particolari. Consiglio per cure specifiche o per analisi di ricerca. Excellent hospital with advanced means and care. Very competent doctors. The only flaw is the emergency room where the waiting queues are long and endless, they should hire more people to decrease them. Parking only for a fee outside the hospital, to park inside the hospital border you must have permits or special cases. Advice for specific treatments or for research analysis.

Sono malata oncologica e sul sito ho letto che praticano una terapia rara da trovare in un ospedale pubblico. Così ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con l oncologo referente. Ho scritto mail per avere informazioni ma nn ho mai avuto risposta. Un pomeriggio dalle 12.30 alle 17.45 ho chiamato ripetutamente, come consigliatomi, ma non ho mai trovato il medico libero. Capita quando uno lavora. Mi hanno suggerito di lasciare il numero per essere richiamata. Mai avuto risposta. Ho provato con altre mail. Nulla. Mandato mail a URP: risposta di circostanza. A questo punto ho pensato che forse è un segno, e non positivo, forse se non ti sanno accogliere chissà come sarà quando sarai in cura. Impressione negativa, ovviamente. Sono malata oncologica e pare che lì pratichino una terapia già difficile da trovare e in ospedale pubblico ancora di più. Questa la mia esperienza. Una stella è anche troppa per l'indifferenza totale nei riguardi di chi è gravemente malato. I am happy to read excellent reviews for this hospital. I too would have liked to write about it but I wasn't even given the chance to try it. I am ill with oncology and on the website I read that they practice rare therapy to be found in a public hospital. So I tried to get in touch with the referring oncologist. I wrote mail for information but I never got a reply. One afternoon from 12.30 to 17.45 I called repeatedly, as advised, but I never found the doctor free. It happens when one works. They suggested that I leave the number to call you back. Never got an answer. I have tried with other emails. Nothing. Email sent to URP: circumstance reply. At this point I thought that maybe it's a sign, and not a positive one, maybe if they don't know how to welcome you, who will be like when you are being treated. Negative impression, of course. I am ill with oncology and it seems that there they practice an already difficult therapy to find and in the public hospital even more. This is my experience. A star is also too much for total indifference towards those who are seriously ill.
