Die Vermieterin Fiorella ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine gute Seele wie man es sich wünscht. We can highly recommend the property! The apartment is large, clean and furnished with love. The complex is clearly arranged and beautifully designed with 12 apartments. The landlady Fiorella is very courteous and helpful. A good soul as one wishes.

Die Wohnungen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und es ist alles da, um sich zuhause zu fühlen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, es gibt Spielgeräte für Kinder und Sonnenliegen für die Erwachsenen, eine große Wiese, wo Kinder und Hunde toben können. Der große warme und saubere Pool lädt für viele Plansch- und Schwimmstunden ein und für jede Wohnung stehen 2 Liegen mit Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Etwa 500 m entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man das nötigste, vor allem die morgendlichen Brötchen kaufen kann. Der Strand ist fußläufig ca. 1,5 km entfernt und Restaurants sind auch gut erreichbar, so dass das Auto eigentlich 2 Wochen im schattigen Carport stehen bleiben könnte. Mein Mann und ich, unsere 2 Jungs und unsere Hündin Finny haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben, aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr! Vielen Dank liebe Fiorella, lieber Fabio und liebe Marta für diesen traumhaft schönen Urlaub!!! Grazie mille!!!

La struttura è molto accogliente e curata in tutti i dettagli, sia nell'appartamento che nelle zone comuni e nella piscina. L'ambiente è riservato e silenzioso; la notte molto fresca e anche di giorno non si soffriva assolutamente il caldo estivo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il barbecue privato e le dotazioni presenti in casa. Più di tutto sottolineo la cortesia e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Fiorella, la proprietaria, che abita nello stesso residence, sempre pronta per ogni esigenza e per consigli utili ad esplorare le zone limitrofe (posizione strategica per visitare la sponda bresciana del lago). We spent three beautiful and rejuvenating weeks in this residence last August. The structure is very welcoming and cared for in every detail, both in the apartment and in the common areas and the swimming pool. The environment is reserved and silent; the night was very cool and even during the day you did not suffer from the summer heat at all. We really appreciated the private barbecue and the equipment in the house. R	Rogier Laarhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een geweldige locatie met hele vriendelijke eigenaren. We waren bij aankomst te vroeg aangekomen maar dat maakte niet uit. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en alles werd uitgelegd en doorgenomen. Het appartement was erg prettig met voor de kinderen een aparte slaapkamer. Elke slaapruimte heeft een aparte airco die erg goed werkt. Elk appartement heeft een eigen overdekt terras. Dit is natuurlijk geweldig als er een keer een bui over trekt (wat nog wel eens wil gebeuren aan het Gardameer). Je kunt altijd lekker buiten blijven zitten en genieten van het uitzicht op het meer en de omringende bergen. Rondom het complex is alles heel netjes onderhouden. De tuin is prachtig en het zwembad is erg goed onderhouden. Ieder appartement heeft twee ligstoeltjes op appartement nummer. Vroeg opstaan om te knokken om ligbedjes hoeft dus niet. Qua locatie ligt het complex prima. Diverse supermarkten zijn op 5 minuten afstand te vinden. Diverse stadjes om te bezoeken zijn goed bereikbaar. Op 1,5 kilometer Kun je aan het Gardameer liggen (kiezelstrand) met diverse barretjes en is een goede plek om een bootje te huren. Je auto kun je kwijt op een parkeerplaats 250 meter van het strand (betaald parkeren) of 50 meter verder (gratis). Al met al komt dit complex in onze top 3 van Italië bestemmingen terecht en zullen we het absoluut bij toekomstige vakanties opnieuw overwegen! A great location with very friendly owners. We arrived too early on arrival but it didn't matter. The reception was very friendly and everything was explained and discussed. The apartment was very nice with a separate bedroom for the children. Each sleeping area has a separate air conditioner that works very well. Each apartment has its own covered terrace. This is of course great if a shower passes over (which sometimes happens on Lake Garda). You can always sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Everything around the complex is very well maintained. The garden is beautiful and the pool is very well maintained. Each apartment has two reclining chairs by apartment number. You don't have to get up early to fight for sunbeds. In terms of location, the complex is fine. Several supermarkets can be found 5 minutes away. Various towns to visit are easily accessible. At 1.5 kilometers you can lie on Lake Garda (pebble beach) with several bars and is a good place to rent a boat. You can park your car in a parking lot 250 meters from the beach (paid parking) or 50 meters further (free). All in all, this complex makes it to our top 3 Italy destinations and we will absolutely reconsider it on future holidays!

La struttura Corte degli Olivi è molto bella, molto pulita ed accogliente. Ci sentiamo a casa e apprezziamo tutto il calore e l'accoglienza durante il nostro soggiorno.Aspetiamo ritornare presto. C	Claudia van senten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst door Fiorella (& family) die haar accommodatie en gasten met zorg omringd. 12 brandschone, uitstekend onderhouden appartementen in een mooie tuin met zwembad, ligbedden en zitjes. De accommodatie is een oase van rust (ondanks dat je altijd wat verkeer van de wegen in de buurt hoort) in de omgeving van het gardameer. Strand/gardameer en dorp Manerba zijn resp. op circa 10 minuten loopafstand. Wij vonden het fijn dat we hier te gast mochten zijn! Very friendly and hospitable reception by Fiorella (& family) who surrounds her accommodation and guests with care. 12 spotless, well-maintained apartments in a beautiful garden with swimming pool, sunbeds and seating areas. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility (despite always hearing some traffic from the roads nearby) in the Lake Garda area. Beach/lake Garda and village Manerba are resp. about 10 minutes walking distance. We were delighted to be our guest here!
