★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono buoni, l'assortimento è vasto, il personale è preparato (anche se non proprio abile nel contatto con il cliente). Sembra quasi una vera farmacia.
 The prices are good, the assortment is vast, the staff is trained (even if not really skilled in contact with the customer). It almost looks like a real pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. C’è sempre fila e sottolineo ogni volta che vado c’è fila o solo una dipendente che si deve occupare di aiutare i clienti e stare pure alla cassa. Mentre le dipendenti dell’ottica sono sempre in due e per lo più spendono tempo al computer. Non so come funzioni ma se uno deve pagare o ha bisogno di aiuto, automaticamente va verso le dipendenti dell’ottica, che come ogni altra volta che vengo da voi mi rimbalzano dicendomi che loro sono solo per l’ottico. A mio avviso ( ma questo è solo il mio parere) dovreste risolvere il problema, anche perché l’unica cosa che mi fa essere un vostro cliente è per l’orario agevolato che le altre farmacie non fanno. Ma per il resto pessimi davvero. Se potessi non lascerei i miei soldi in questa farmacia.
Bad service. There is always a queue and I emphasize every time I go there is a queue or just an employee who has to take care of helping customers and also be at the cashier. While there are always two optics employees and mostly they spend time on the computer. I don't know how it works but if one has to pay or needs help, he automatically goes to the optician's employees, who like every other time I come to you bounce back telling me that they are only for opticians. In my opinion (but this is just my opinion) you should solve the problem, also because the only thing that makes me your customer is the discounted hours that other pharmacies don't. But otherwise really bad. If I could I wouldn't leave my money in this pharmacy.
