Dopo aver fatto l'ordine ho pensato di controllare le recensioni e mi sono spaventata leggendo tante critiche per mancati ricevimenti della merce. Invece ho ricevuto quanto ordinato in pochi giorni tramite corriere GLS. Sicuramente consigliato! I placed an order on Fitoshop having to buy quite expensive monoproteic cans for my dog and found them here at a low price. After placing the order I thought to check the reviews and I was scared by reading so many criticisms for non-receipt of the goods. Instead I received the order in a few days by GLS courier. Definitely recommended!

Giorno 19 chiamo in sede per avere informazioni e mi dicono che a causa di alcuni problemi il pacco era ancora in magazzino ed essendo chiuso non sapevano a che punto fosse. La signora mi disse che lei avrebbe potuto annullare l ordine senza alcun problema. Annullato l ordine (essendo pagamento alla consegna) oggi mi arriva l email che il pacco sta per essere consegnato! Assurdo ovviamente non accetterò il pacco! E mai più Fitoshop ! To be avoided absolutely. I placed an order on 9/10 January, after one week I had no news of the package. Day 19 I call the office for information and they tell me that due to some problems the package was still in stock and being closed they did not know where it was. The lady told me that she could cancel the order without any problem. Canceled the order (being payment on delivery) today I get the email that the package is about to be delivered! Absurd of course I will not accept the package! And never again Fitoshop!

Li chiami e, se hai la fortuna di parlare con qualcuno, ti dicono che sono in emergenza Covid. Sarebbe più onesto prendersi una pausa e non accettare ordini, perché l'andazzo delle ultime 4 settimane, nelle recensioni che leggo, fa solo pensare che se ne stiano approfittando dell'emergenza Covid. Ripeto, assolutamente sconsigliato e scorretti. Incorrect and absolutely not recommended. Order for 90 euros, placed on January 8, is still in "preparing for shipment" status. You call them and, if you are lucky enough to speak to someone, they tell you that they are in a Covid emergency. It would be more honest to take a break and not accept orders, because the trend of the last 4 weeks, in the reviews I read, only suggests that they are taking advantage of the Covid emergency. I repeat, absolutely not recommended and incorrect.

Sconsiglio assolutamente di fare acquisti Sono stata contattata finalmente da fitoshop via mail, in quanto ho chiesto rimborso a PayPal, mi hanno detto che sono stati chiusi per un focolaio interno e che avrebbero al più presto provveduto ad inviare l ordine.. È passata una settimana e sto ancora aspettando. Storia infinita.. Speriamo arrivi il pacco!!!! = Buongiorno rettifico questa recensione,, :è arrivato tutto, i prodotti sono a scadenza lunga, quindi probabilmente c è stato veramente un problema covid e il sito è affidabile Shame, order of 86 € on January 2, and to date no news, they do not answer the phone or even emails. I absolutely advise against making purchases I was finally contacted by fitoshop via email, as I asked PayPal for a refund, they told me that they were closed due to an internal outbreak and that they would send the order as soon as possible .. Mi contattano il 5 gennaio dicendo che a causa delle festività ci sono stati dei ritardi e che il 7 gennaio il mio pacco sarebbe arrivato. Non arriva nulla, chiamo ma la linea è sempre occupata. Mi arriva una mail il 10 dicendo che si scusano ma per l'emergenza sanitaria ci sono stati dei ritardi. Chiedo il rimborso ( 110 euro) e oggi 15 gennaio mi dicono che non hanno i farmaci da me richiesti. È tutta una presa in giro. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Per risparmiare qualche euro ho aspettato un mese per niente. Pessimi. I order my package on December 21st. They contact me on January 5th saying that due to the holidays there were delays and that on January 7th my package would arrive. Nothing comes, I call but the line is always busy. I received an email on the 10th saying that they apologize but there were delays due to the health emergency. I ask for a refund (110 euros) and today, January 15, they tell me that they do not have the drugs I requested. It's all a joke. I strongly advise against it. To save a few euros I waited a month for nothing. Bad.

Da evitare! ordine con pagamento 100% in anticipo fatto il 2 gennaio e al 12 gennaio nessun tracking number nessuna risposta alle mie mail, sono attaccata al telefono da due giorni per raggiungerli telefonicamente e il telefono risulta sempre libero o occupato, chiamerò i carabinieri e subito dopo chiederò rimborso. Per fortuna che dovevano essere 3/4 giorni lavorativi per la consegna...la strada da Cesena a Bologna non mi sembra molto lunga. Shameful! Avoid! order with 100% payment in advance made on January 2 and January 12 no tracking number no response to my emails, I am on the phone for two days to reach them by phone and the phone is always free or busy, I will call the carabinieri and immediately ask reimbursement. Il 3/01/22 son stato contattato per essere informato del ritardo a causa delle festività natalizie e da quel momento non ho più ricevuto risposta al telefono fisso e alle due mail che ho inviato. Un ritardo causato da situazione Covid e festività Natalizie è giustificato, ma non rispondere alle email con richiesta di informazioni riguardanti l’ordine assolutamente NO Ordered a package on 12/27/21 and never received the shipment tracking number. On 3/01/22 I was contacted to be informed of the delay due to the Christmas holidays and from that moment on I have not received an answer to the landline phone and to the two emails I sent. A delay caused by the Covid situation and Christmas holidays is justified, but do not respond to emails with requests for information regarding the order absolutely NO

Ho ordinato due additivi disinfettanti ma sono arrivati due articoli diversi anche se della stessa marca, nonostante foto e descrizione dei prodotti riguardassero proprio quegli additivi. Ho poi controllato sul sito del produttore se fossero ancora commercializzati ma non vi era traccia. Fate attenzione quando acquistare da fitoshop, prima di ordinare qualcosa accertatevi che sia ancora sul mercato. Bad shopping experience. I ordered two disinfectant additives but two different items arrived even if of the same brand, despite the photos and descriptions of the products concerned precisely those additives. I then checked on the manufacturer's website if they were still on the market but there was no trace. Be careful when buying from fitoshop, before ordering something make sure it is still on the market.
