★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mi sono recata in edicola erano presenti solo due commesse che stavano parlando tra di loro; non hanno mai smesso di parlarsi e non mi hanno rivolto lo sguardo né quando ho dato loro il buongiorno e neppure quando ho pagato e salutato nuovamente. Educazione e rispetto credo siano i requisiti essenziali per poter lavorare al pubblico!
When I went to the newsstand there were only two salesmen who were talking to each other; they never stopped talking to each other and they didn't look at me either when I said good morning to them or when I paid and said hello again. I believe education and respect are the essential requirements to be able to work with the public!
