Niente di speciale rispetto ad altre cartolerie ma molto più importante: scortesia ai limiti dell’arroganza, spacciata anche per finta ironia! Fare shopping deve essere un piacere, così come servire un cliente, se ho trattato con la titolare mi dispiace, se invece era una dipendente consiglio di scegliere meglio i propri collaboratori.

Shopping must be a pleasure, as well as serving a customer, if I have dealt with the owner I'm sorry, if instead she was an employee I recommend choosing your collaborators better.
