dal 2 al 7 luglio c .m. , accompagnando un mio amico disabile che deambula con molta difficoltà.
Fermo restando che ci sono state grosse lacune organizzative da parte dell'associazione culturale regina pacis di frascati già segnalate al capogruppo,
desidero segnalare che per tutta la durata del viaggio i vostri autisti si sono comportati in modo indegno,ignorante,maleducato e pieno di boria.
Sarebbe opportuno che gli spiegaste che sono li per agevolare i partecipanti al pellegrinaggio e non per creare problemi come purtroppo si è verificato
Anche se credo che avrò più l'occasione di utilizzare i vostri servizi ci tenevo a segnalare questo comportamento estremamente maleducato e non collaborativo dei vostri autisti che ha creato notevoli disagi al mio amico disabile
qualora foste interessati a ulteriori chiarimenti sono a vostra disposizione

Notwithstanding that there have been large organizational gaps by the cultural association regina pacis of frascati already reported to the group leader,
I wish to point out that for the entire duration of the trip your drivers have behaved in an unworthy, ignorant, rude and arrogant manner.
It would be advisable for you to explain to them that they are there to facilitate the pilgrimage participants and not to create problems as unfortunately has occurred.
Although I believe that I will have more opportunity to use your services, I wanted to report this extremely rude and uncooperative behavior of your drivers that has caused considerable inconvenience to my disabled friend
