★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è piaciuto molto questo ristorante sulla via Appia, vicino Monte S. Biagio. Gestito direttamente dal proprietario, il servizio è veloce e cortese. Ho mangiato un primo di medaglioni di pasta all'uovo ripieni. Buonissimi. Una sosta piacevole. Consigliato.
 I loved this restaurant on the Via Appia, near Monte S. Biagio. Managed directly by the owner, the service is fast and courteous. I ate a first course of stuffed egg pasta medallions. Very good. A pleasant stop. Recommended.

Ottima scoperta casuale durante una tre giorni a Sperlonga e dintorni. Locale molto carino e accogliente sia all'interno che all'esterno, con cucina Rustica (nel senso buono del termine), mediterranea e ricca di gusto. Servizio cordiale, rapido ed efficiente. Piatti abbondanti e saporiti a prezzi più che onesti.

Excellent casual discovery during a three days in Sperlonga and its surroundings. Very nice and welcoming place both inside and outside, with rustic cuisine (in the good sense of the word), Mediterranean and rich in taste. Friendly, quick and efficient service. Hearty and tasty dishes at more than fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Monte San Biagio, splendido e caratteristico paese, si trova il ristorante Gianni il Salernitano, un mix perfetto tra tradizione ed innovazione, piatti tipici della tradizione senza compromessi, qui si mangia per mangiare. Abbondante e vario l'antipasto, la pancetta arrosto con aceto balsamico e mandorle tostate merita un encomio, i primi semplici e buoni, la brace è un punto di forza, carne ben frollata e per la cottura basta affidarsi alle sapienti mani di Nerone. Ampia scelta di vini, birre, distillati. All'accoglienza c'è Emma il nuovo acquisto del locale, un valore aggiunto, la biblioteca condivisa, la lambretta degli anni d'oro. Alla terza generazione come gestione, tutti impegnati nella stessa attività, negli anni si è sempre migliorato stando al passo con i tempi e senza dimenticare le tradizioni. Vado e torno spesso da Gianni, il piacere di andare fuori ed il gusto di sentirsi a casa.
In Monte San Biagio, a splendid and characteristic village, there is the Gianni il Salernitano restaurant, a perfect mix of tradition and innovation, typical dishes of the uncompromising tradition, here you eat to eat. The appetizer is abundant and varied, the roasted pancetta with balsamic vinegar and toasted almonds deserves a commendation, the first simple and good, the embers is a strong point, well-aged meat and for cooking it is enough to rely on the skilled hands of Nero. Wide choice of wines, beers, spirits. At the welcome there is Emma the new purchase of the place, an added value, the shared library, the Lambretta of the golden years. In the third generation as management, all engaged in the same activity, over the years it has always improved keeping pace with the times and without forgetting the traditions. I often go and come back to Gianni's, the pleasure of going out and the pleasure of feeling at home.
