Da meno di €50 ad €35. Preciso di volere il supporto rigido ma niente cornice. Fissiamo quindi i tempi del ritiro. Torno e trovo la foto arrotolata senza alcun supporto. Con mio stupore e forte scocciatura, chiedo maggiore precisione nella comunicazione. Vengo quindi informata che per il supporto in legno, da 35 andrò a spendere 55 euro. Faccio presente che una maggiorazione di 20 euro mi sembra eccessiva anche perché frutto di una mancanza di chiarezza. 50 euro è il prezzo fissato. Accetto mio malgrado, ormai la foto era stata stampata. Altrimenti sarei dovuta andare altrove a far finire il lavoro. Torno a ritirare il tutto. "Serve la fattura?" mi viene chiesto? Le fotografie non rispettano la gamma cromatica originale. Se necessario è preferibile recarsi nelle copisterie universitarie per un servizio serio.
