3 euro e 20 per stampare 6 fogli in bianco e nero. Dalle altre parti ho sempre speso una media di 10 centesimi a foglio, assurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa copisteria per stampare e rilegare dei documenti, che avevo ordinato già io in una chiavetta. Risultato: ho speso tanto per avere dei fogli rilegati a caso con, addirittura, alcuni documenti stampati 2 volte (quindi io ho pagato fogli in più per questo loro errore). In alcune parti devo sfogliarli da destra verso sinistra perché sono al contrario... assurdo. E non sono neanche cordiali.
Lo sconsiglio.
I went to this copy shop to print and bind some documents, which I had already ordered on a stick. Result: I spent a lot to get some randomly bound sheets with even some documents printed twice (so I paid extra sheets for their mistake). In some parts I have to browse from right to left because they are on the contrary ... absurd. And they're not even friendly.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Giro mezza Lucca in cerca di una copisteria aperta e approdo qui: chiusura alle 19. Arrivo (si trattava di una emergenza) alle 18.53, dentro il negozio c'è un cliente che sta facendo delle fotocopie e aspetto all'altezza della porta mantenendo le distanze opportune per la situazione covid. Dopo che ho aspettato 5-6 minuti, entro finalmente nel negozio; la signora mi chiede di cosa ho bisogno e dopo aver ascoltato la mia richiesta mi dice con freddezza: "Guardi siamo in chiusura ora". "Quindi non posso fare le copie". "Eh no". Allucinata!
Bad experience. I walk halfway around Lucca in search of an open copy shop and I land here: closing at 19. I arrive (it was an emergency) at 18.53, inside the shop there is a customer who is making photocopies and I wait at the door while keeping the distances appropriate for the covid situation. After I have waited 5-6 minutes, I finally enter the shop; the lady asks me what I need and after listening to my request she tells me coldly: "Look, we are closing now". "So I can't make copies." "Well no". Hallucinated!

Basta una telefonata e ti dicono di inviare il materiale per mail, ti danno un appuntamento per il ritiro (anche dopo pochi minuti) e la qualità del materiale stampato è sempre ottima.
Sono anni che mi servo da loro, ultimamente hanno una stampante fotografica che permette la stampa istantanea delle foto dal cellulare in varie dimensioni.
Fast and quick to deliver the job.
Just a phone call and they tell you to send the material by email, they give you an appointment for collection (even after a few minutes) and the quality of the printed material is always excellent.
I've been using them for years, lately they have a photo printer that allows instant printing of photos from mobile phones in various sizes.
