G	Gianluca Paterni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio, io ho grossi problemi alle ginocchia usavo nike vomero con la suola ammortizzata tutta per un 4-5 anni e qui ho trovato un commesso paziente ho provato le Brooks e devo dire che per ammortizzazione usando 2 suole al gel per ogni scarpa "anche sulle nike le mettevo" sono superiori. Passo dal negozio e mi vien detto che non potevano essere riparate né tantomeno cambiate in garanzia perché consumate dall'uso. Mi sarei aspettato che almeno il negoziante mi facesse una proposta commerciale invece niente... Poi uno si domanda come mai si comprano le scarpe su internet. Le scarpe hanno percorso meno di 100 km, come si vede dalla foto. Mi è stato risposto che il problema nasceva proprio dall’inutilizzo, che “la colla si denatura e quindi si polverizza”. Mi hanno detto anche che è un problema noto e che la casa madre non avrebbe riconosciuto il difetto in alcun modo. Superficiale io che me ne sono tornato via con le scarpe rotte, non sapevo ancora che il responsabile della garanzia di un bene è in prima battuta il negozio dove il bene è stato acquistato. Se la casa madre avesse riconosciuto o meno il difetto, non era un problema mio. Qui ahimè ho visto bene la differenza tra atleti appassionati e negozianti professionisti.
