La tesi è stata rilegata in maniera approssimativa (copertina davanti sfalsata di 1cm rispetto a quella dietro, pagine destre inclinata la stampa di 2mm risultando sgradevole alla vista, grafici, in bianco e nero per mia richiesta, illeggibili causa la bassa qualità di stampa). Unico aspetto positivo è il fatto che, in seguito alla mia lamentela, mi è stata rifatta in tempo breve (venendomi comunque consegnata mezz'ora prima della laurea). Prima e ultima volta. Disappointment, bad service. The thesis has been roughly bound (front cover offset by 1cm compared to the back, right pages slanted the 2mm print resulting unpleasant to the eye, graphics, in black and white by my request, illegible due to the low print quality). The only positive aspect is the fact that, following my complaint, it was redone in a short time (still being delivered half an hour before graduation). First and last time.

Talmente artigianale che le lettere incise (della stessa parola) in copertina hanno misure diverse. E alla seconda apertura della tesi tutti i fogli (mal tagliati per di più) si sono staccati dalla copertina. Vergognoso, un'offesa a chi lavora professionalmente e artigianalmente davvero! Andrea, il proprietario, è una persona molto competente gentile e che si premura più del risultato del suo lavoro piuttosto che del guadagno. Attenzione, precisione e puntualità sono le Sue caratteristiche. Molto comoda se non addirittura essenziale la possibilità di inviare e i file via mail e passare a ritirarli in seguito. Esegue anche stampe di tesi, rilegate ed incise. Mi ci servo ormai da due anni con costanza e sono assolutamente soddisfatto. Tutto ciò è inoltre sostenuto dal bassissimo costo delle stampe che è il più basso di tutta Pisa. Consiglio vivamente The copy shop is exactly opposite the faculty of agriculture.
