★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria fuori dal distaccato concetto quotidiano di vendita. Il rapporto cliente-macellaio è sentito, onesto e caldo. Uno dei pochi posti dove nell'attesa viene offerto un assaggio di pane, formaggi, salumi, vino e quanto possibile sia presente in negozio! La Qualità delle carni è garantita dalla conduzione familiare della macelleria, dall'allevamento, fino alla macellazione e la vendita. Difficile trovare carni così buone e genuine allo stesso prezzo. Su prenotazione, Giuseppe, prepara il possibile e oltre! Io, quale classico messinese che lavora fuori sede, (si, da Messina vengo a comprare periodicamente ad Alì) faccio mettere sottovuoto la salsiccia condita alla messinese che ho ordinato prima. Periodicamentr prepara porchetta, carne infornata e tutto quello che e da tradizione.
Senza parlare che non si esce mai scontenti e senza un pensiero gentile del macellaio! Consigliatissima.
