★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi giorni di settembre 2021 avevo un problema con il mio computer che non mi permetteva di utilizzare la Carta di Identità Elettronica per accedere ai vari siti INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate e altri.
Per un errore che si manifestava nello scaricare il software CIE.
Operazione che non riusciva correttamente e che segnalava un errore all'avvio in CIEPKI.dll (impossibile trovare il modulo specificato).
Fabio Maressa è riuscito a risolvere questo mio problema con interventi
da remoto che sono risultati molto efficaci.
E' stato molto bravo perchè ha dovuto cambiare il mio programma Windows10 Education installando un nuovo Windows 10 PRO.
Sono veramente molto soddisfatto e resto grato a Fabio Maressa per la grande professionalità che ha dimostrato nella occasione e per avere risolto un problema che mi angosciava da diverso tempo e che nessun altro era riuscito a risolvere..
Per il futuro resterò sicuramente tra i suoi clienti affezionati.
