Bisogna essere curiosi per trovare questo angolo incantato in cima al monte , arrivati al convento semplicemente proseguire fino alla fine. Uno spiazzo offre un po' di parcheggio dal quale, attraverso un piccolo squarcio nella vegetazione, si accede al piccolo punto panoramico dotato di panchina. Non ci sono parapetti quindi molta attenzione specialmente con i bambini. Il panorama è eccelso anche se ovviamente dipende dalla foschia. An obligatory stop after the monumental cross. Si sale con la macchina sino ad arrivare alle antenne della stazione RAI per poi proseguire a piedi. Armarsi di fiato, percorso impegnativo ma vale ogni singolo respiro. Meraviglioso in settembre, assolutamente consigliato. ? Si riesce a vedere il Giglio con dietro Montecristo e Giannutri (sinistra). Si riesce a distinguere bene anche Isola Rossa. È possibile parcheggiare di fronte ai cancelli RAI (slargo con qualche buca) e la strada per arrivare è tenuta molto bene e tutta asfaltata.
