X	Xenia Ximenes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sfortunatamente non ho potuto gustare i prodotti del locale, non per mia volontà ma perché dopo aver chiamato la prima volta in mattinata al numero di cellulare segnato sono stata bloccata, ho riprovato nel pomeriggio con un altro numero e, ugualmente, dopo avermi staccato la chiamata hanno bloccato anche l’altro numero. Penso che se non avessero voluto rogne potevano staccare il cellulare o comunque, se fossero stati già al completo, potevano rispondere e chiarire che non era possibile. BOCCIATI!!! Unfortunately I could not taste the local products, not my will but because after calling the first time in the morning to the marked cell phone number have been blocked, I tried again in the afternoon with another number and, equally, after having disconnected the call also blocked the other number. Servizio impeccabile sempre presente ma non eccessivo, piatti ricercati con prodotti di ottima qualità. Ci hanno offerto franciacorta come aperitivo e un buonissimo benvenuto in attesa delle portate. Piatti molto belli esteticamente e molto buoni, particolari ma ben equilibrati. Qualità, cordialità, pulizia e prezzi coerenti. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo. Small and nice restaurant recommended by a local shopkeeper. Impeccable service always present but not excessive, refined dishes with excellent quality products. We were offered franciacorta as an aperitif and a very good welcome awaiting the courses. Very beautiful dishes aesthetically and very good, particular but well balanced. Quality, friendliness, cleanliness and consistent prices. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

In partenza alzo le mani, non ci sono stato (non per causa mia) ed è stato un grosso dispiacere ma credo che se un ristorante, chiamando il numero registrato blocca il numero dei potenziali clienti forse qualcosa non quadra. In breve chiamo con il mio numero e squilla, si stacca la chiamata, provo a richiamare e risulta occupato. Riprovo per 20 minuti, stessa storia. Mi sorge il dubbio che fossi stato bloccato. Prendo il mio secondo numero e suona. Dopo 3 squilli si stacca, riprovo e scopro nuovamente di essere stato bloccato. Il mio scopo era di prenotare per il giorno dopo ma a quanto pare questo illustre locale ha talmente tante prenotazioni e clientela da poter bloccare la gente senza prima averla sentita. Ergo se il servizio è pari a 0, lo 0 moltiplicato per qualsiasi numero da sempre 0 ma sono generoso ed una stella la concedo. Se la risposta dovesse essere che effettivamente avete tanta clientela da avere il locale sempre pieno... Beh spendete questi soldi e pagate un ragazzo che si occupi di rispondere a quelli che potrebbero essere della potenziale clientela. Almeno si dà lavoro e si fa girare l'economia e non rischiate che la gente possa dire qualcosa di male su un ristorante che dalle foto sembra abbastanza prezioso. Cordiali Saluti. Perhaps tempted by the beautiful photos, perhaps tempted by the fact that the restaurant had gluten-free options, we would have liked to try it. In departure I raise my hands, I haven't been there (not because of me) and it was a big disappointment but I think that if a restaurant, calling the registered number blocks the number of potential customers, maybe something is wrong. In short I call with my number and ring, the call is disconnected, I try to call back and it is busy. I try again for 20 minutes, same story. I doubt that I was blocked. I take my second number and it rings. After 3 rings it comes off, I try again and I find out again that I was blocked. My purpose was to book for the next day but apparently this illustrious local has so many reservations and customers to be able to block people without first hearing it. Ergo if the service is equal to 0, the 0 multiplied by any number always 0 but I am generous and I grant a star. If the answer should be that you actually have so many customers to have the place always full ... Well spend this money and pay a guy who takes care of responding to what might be potential customers. At least you work and you turn the economy around and you don't risk people saying something bad about a restaurant that looks pretty good from the photos. Kind regards.

Premetto che abbiamo preso un menù degustazione di crudi di pesce da €45 ed uno, sempre di pesce, a discrezione dello Chef da €50. Che dire, era da molto tempo che non mangiavo così bene. Ogni piatto presentato e descritto in modo impeccabile,i sapori componevano una sinfonia perfetta, tutte le sensazioni saporifere fondamentali si integravano e si combinavano in perfetto equilibrio. Pesce freschissimo ancora vivo. Lo Chef è un ragazzo giovane che farà strada.........! Servizio attento e cordiale. Prezzi e conto in linea con le aspettative. Complimenti ancora..........sperando che possiate continuare e mantenere questo standard ! Finally ...... it was time for a professional to land in Porto Ercole! I state that we took a tasting menu of raw fish for € 45 and one, always fish, at the discretion of the Chef for € 50. What can I say, it was a long time since I ate so well. Each dish presented and described in an impeccable way, the flavors made up a perfect symphony, all the fundamental flavor sensations integrated and combined in perfect balance. Very fresh fish still alive. The Chef is a young guy who will lead the way .........! Attentive and friendly service. Prices and bill in line with expectations. Congratulations again .......... hoping you can continue and maintain this standard!

The English text needs translation into English. Just follow your instincts or see what other people eat. Actually the food is great, the wine list is very good. So, do not expect too much and you will leave the place happy if you don’t don’t mind to pay as it isn’t cheap.
