M	Matteo Paolo Rosetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo seduti in questo locale in quanto la location non era spiacevole rispetto a quello che offre porto ercole, ahimè senza prima consultare recensioni di clienti precedenti. Abbiamo pagato 136€ per delle polpette di ricciola (5pezzi), un’orata al forno per due persone, due caffè, una cheese cake e una bottiglia di Etna bianco. Al di là delle 5 polpette a 18€, la cosa più sconvolgente è stata pagare l’orata 72€ dopo aver ricevuto esplicitamente conferma dal cameriere che il prezzo esposto sul menu 36€ fosse “a pesce” e non “a persona”, dubito tra l’altro che si trattasse di pescato e non invece pesce d’allevamento. Alla consegna del conto abbiamo evitato di replicare per non rovinarci la serata ma non possiamo esimerci dal fare una recensione negativa. Locale che ha la presunzione di essere più sofisticato di quello che è, cameriere pressante in fase di ordinazione e prezzi tra i più cari dell’Argentario. NON CONSIGLIATO We sat in this place as the location was not unpleasant compared to what Porto Ercole offers, alas without first consulting reviews of previous customers. We paid € 136 for amberjack meatballs (5 pieces), a baked sea bream for two, two coffees, a cheese cake and a bottle of white Etna. Beyond the 5 meatballs at 18 €, the most shocking thing was paying the sea bream 72 € after having explicitly received confirmation from the waiter that the price displayed on the menu 36 € was "per fish" and not "per person", I doubt among other things that it was fish and not farmed fish. At the delivery of the bill we avoided replying so as not to ruin the evening but we cannot refrain from making a negative review. A place that has the presumption of being more sophisticated than it is, a pressing waiter when ordering and prices among the most expensive in the Argentario. NOT RECOMMENDED
C	Cristian Penn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La disonesta' fatta a persona...il titolare prima ci dice che la tartare di tonno costa 7 euro (e lo abbiamo sentito in due, fortunatamente non siamo sordi), poi ci consiglia uno scorfano sufficiente per due, condito con qualche patata al forno al costo di 35 euro..arriva il conto e la fregatura: tartare a 19 euro e scorfano a 35 a porzione!!! Bene, bravo, mi ha fregato una volta ma non mi vedi piu' e le recensioni web non perdonano... The dishonesty made per person ... the owner first tells us that the tuna tartare costs 7 euros (and we heard it in two, fortunately we are not deaf), then he recommends a redfish enough for two, seasoned with some potatoes oven at a cost of 35 euros .. comes the bill and the rip-off: tartare at 19 euros and redfish at 35 per portion !!! Well, good, he cheated me once but you don't see me anymore and the web reviews do not forgive ...

Il personale è professionale ed estremamente cordiale sia nell'accoglienza che nel servizio. Il pesce, freschissimo, è preparato con grande maestria dal mitico Stefano. Vasta e ricercata la selezione dei vini. I prezzi sono in linea con l'alta qualità dei prodotti. Decisamente una bella esperienza. The restaurant, on the seafront of Porto Ercole, is very welcoming and tastefully furnished. The staff is professional and extremely friendly in both welcome and service. The fresh fish is prepared with great skill by the legendary Stefano. The wine selection is vast and refined. The prices are in line with the high quality of the products. Quite a good experience.

Example: I ordered a vegetarian meal and he asked if I’d like to add potatoes. He charged 6 euros for extremely poor slices of potatoes, without mentioning that. The vegetable plate itself was tiny and not delicious. All of us were disappointed and ripped off.
