I loved the focaccia stuffed with thin vegetables well cooked and so tasty that I forgot to take the picture ... simple and polite reception.

Pizza a taglio sottile e ben farcita. Croccante e saporita, per niente pesante così ne puoi assaggiare anche più gusti. Ci sono anche crocchette e altre fritture che puoi acquistare da asporto o mangiare seduto su uno degli sgabelli a disposizione lungo le pareti del piccolo locale.
Tipica è la schiacciatina "scrocchiarella" croccante di quelle che ne mangeresti all'infinito. Oltre che sfusa la vendono anche in confezioni sottovuoto così puoi conservarla per qualche giorno in più.

If you want to eat something on the fly in Porto Ercole, Squalo Charlie's pizza is a really good solution!
Thin-cut and well-stuffed pizza. Crunchy and tasty, not at all heavy so you can taste even more flavors. There are also croquettes and other fries that you can buy to take away or eat sitting on one of the stools available along the walls of the small restaurant.
Typical is the crispy "scrocchiarella" schiacciatina of those you would eat endlessly. In addition to bulk they also sell it in vacuum packs so you can keep it for a few more days.
