★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo circa sette mesi, con continui contatti via Pec (a cui non risponde) e telefonate tramite segretaria (perché con lui non si riesce a parlare), non riusciamo ad avere un documento (atto di annotamento del frazionamento dell'ipoteca) per la cancellazione dell'ipoteca da parte dell'ente che ha erogato il mutuo. Lo stesso estinto a dicembre 2019. Detto documento doveva essere fatto nell'anno 2015, e depositato in Conservatoria dei registri immobiliari quando abbiamo stipulato e pagato il rogito. Mi fermo qui e non racconto i problemi che ci ha creato con l'agenzia delle entrate due anni fa circa.
