È un professionista serio preparatissimo efficiente che da subito ha capito e risolto il nodo della ex legge 167, quella che impone il prezzo massimo di cessione, che riguarda svariate zone di Roma. Lo consiglierei a tutti soprattutto a coloro che si trovano a vendere/acquistare un immobile che si trova in uno di questi quartieri poiché ha dimostrato di essere così pratico da non perdersi nei meandri della burocrazia e per questo in meno di 10 giorni ci ha permesso di diventare proprietari di un un'appartamento che desideravamo da svariato tempo.
