Lo staff è giovane e dinamico ed abbastanza veloce , le porzioni sono soddisfacenti ed il loro punto di forza è quello di trovarsi in una zona dove puoi anke parcheggiare in tranquillità dato che si trova in un'area privata. Nonostante non abiti più a ercolano, quando ho voglia di panino vado apposta li da loro perché ne vale veramente la pena. I prezzi sono alla portata di tutti e fanno anche consegne a domicilio. Quando i panini sono stati consegnati , uno era mancante e quindi abbiamo chiamato per richiederlo. Quando anche quest'ultimo mi è stato consegnato, mi è costato 9 € anziché 8€ (un pulled pork semplice con aggiunta di cipolle caramellate) poiché gli è stata aggiunta una seconda volta la spesa di consegna nonostante fosse stato un loro errore. Dunque il ragazzo della consegna ha chiamato chi di dovere ed il titolare ha ribadito ,alterato, che il costo non sarebbe cambiato e che bisognasse pagare la spedizione una seconda volta. Infine il ragazzo ci ha consigliati di contattare il titolare su WhatsApp chiedendo spiegazioni con relative immagini, ma dopo giorni non c'è stata nessuna risposta. Pessima esperienza e mancata professionalità. My friends and I called to order 4 sandwiches and then call later to add a portion of potatoes. When the sandwiches were delivered, one was missing so we called to request it. When the latter was also delivered to me, it cost me € 9 instead of € 8 (a simple pulled pork with the addition of caramelized onions) as they were added a second time the delivery charge despite it being their mistake. So the delivery guy called whoever was in charge and the owner reiterated, altered, that the cost would not change and that the shipping had to be paid a second time. Finally, the boy advised us to contact the owner on WhatsApp asking for explanations with related images, but after days there was no response. Bad experience and lack of professionalism.

Ho mangiato un pulled pork completo con patate: Il pulled molto buono, la provola si sente che é quella di Agerola e una nota speciale va alle patatine veramente di qualità. 10/10 Fantastic sandwich, top ingredients, nice and very friendly staff and above all the delivery guy is very helpful and efficient. I ate a full pulled pork with potatoes: The pulled is very good, the provola feels that it is that of Agerola and a special note goes to the really quality chips. 10/10
