M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale davvero super cordiale e sempre disponibile, bravissima e divertentissima bellatrix lestrange, un posto davvero unico. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi panini personalmente sia il malandrino e il bacio del dissennatore in cui l'associazione dei vari ingredienti è studiata davvero nei minimi dettagli e la qualità dei prodotti è super. Prezzi nella norma Unica nota negativa che potrei fare è che la porzione di patatine è davvero un po'piccola ma null' altro. Serata bellissima Inoltre siamo entrati per le 8.30, c'era molta gente ma non abbiamo atteso per sederci. Il cibo era ottimo, ma il menù fisso è stato poco chiaro finché non siamo arrivati in loco, avrei preferito avere più dettagli. Abbastanza costoso, un po troppo, una bella esperienza ma non sono convinto ci tornerei. A beautiful location, but still improvable. The service is kind and I enjoyed both the staff and the fabulous Snape. The food was great, but the set menu was unclear until we got there, I would have preferred more details. Quite expensive, a little too much, a nice experience but I'm not convinced I would stay here again.

Nel weekend troverete anche Piton che gira per i tavoli. Da migliorare la gestione esterna degli ingressi durante il fine settimana, che risulta un po' caotica (anche a causa della "furbizia" delle persone). Pub dedicated to the fantastic world of Hogwarts, where you can breathe magic in every room. Evocative location, friendly staff, good food and average prices. On the weekend you will also find Snape wandering around the tables. To improve the external management of the entrances during the weekend, which is a bit chaotic (also due to the "cunning" of the people).

Anche negli impeccabili "prefetti" che accompagnano i clienti al tavolo, pienamente inquadrati nel ruolo ma intimamente appassionati al loro lavoro e all'ambiente rilassato nel quale si può rimanere, indipendentemente dall'età media degli avventori. Location ricreata con grande attenzione, persino nei servizi igienici. Provare per credere! Spazio esterno meraviglioso e magico. Menù dedicato ai temi della saga potteriana, adatti a grandi e piccini. Dagli antipasti agli hamburger, dalle bevande ai dolci c'è una bella scelta. I piatti sono gustosi e la birra merita perché spillata e servita con grande competenza. C'è anche la burrobirra ovviamente ed è analcolica, dolce, caramellata. È possibile organizzare e festeggiare ricorrenze e compleanni. Un momento di svago che farà felice tutta la famiglia e gli appassionati della saga. From appetizers to burgers, drinks to desserts there is a nice choice. The dishes are tasty and the beer deserves it because it is tapped and served with great competence. There is also butterbeer of course and it is non-alcoholic, sweet, caramelized. It is possible to organize and celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. A moment of leisure that will make the whole family and fans of the saga happy.

Location meravigliosa sembra davvero di essere catapultati nel castello di Hogwarts, consiglio a tutti i fans di questa splendida saga di andarci!! Scrutate ogni angolo, anche il bagno! ? Poi il personale è gentilissimo e soprattutto superpotteriano, potrete finalmente provare il piacere di essere smistati in una delle case, grazie al bravissimo professor Piton perfettamente nel personaggio!! È possibile anche acquistare tantissimi gadgets bellissimi, ci si sente a casa! Insomma complimenti a chi ha ideato tutto ciò, un pub a tema Harry Potter...UN SOGNO!? Magical place !!! La location è fantastica, curata davvero nei minimi dettagli (addirittura anche il bagno offre una simpatica sorpresa). I camerieri sono veramente tutti gentilissimi, menzione particolare va senza dubbio a Gianni Corvonero che ci ha servito, molto simpatico e attento. Il cibo è molto buono, dagli antipasti ai panini e anche i dessert! Torneremo sicuramente! Wonderful experience! We were in this place on a Friday night, and despite the place being crowded, they made us sit down after a very short wait. The location is fantastic, with great attention to detail (even the bathroom offers a nice surprise). The waiters are all really very kind, special mention goes without doubt to Gianni Corvonero who served us, very nice and attentive. The food is very good, from the starters to the sandwiches and even the desserts! We will definitely be back!

Our host recommended it to us and said it was a Harry Potter themed restaurant, but the decor, the staff, and the actors far exceeded our expectations. We had already eaten dinner, so we just went for butter beer (yum), dessert (also yum), and limoncello (of course yum). The staff were friendly and fun, but the highlight of our night was Professor Severus Snape. He looked and played the part perfectly, going around from table to table, quizzing people on their knowledge of wizardry (make sure you brush up on your knowledge before you go). He even surprised my wife and I when he switched from Italian and started grilling us in English (we failed the test miserably).
