Una delle pecche riscontrate è indubbiamente una cottura inferiore del dovuto per quanto riguarda la salsiccia. Inoltre sono molteplici le volte in cui viene a mancare la materia prima, che si concretizza in: salsiccia, porchetta, cotoletta, hamburger.
La scarsa quantità di materia prima costringe dunque il cliente ad optare per un'altra pietanza.
