★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast on the run. Our plan was to enjoy a peaceful breakfast with a cappuccino and plan the day. Instead we ended up standing by the Spanish stairs eating a sandwich since there was a typical Italian bar with no seating place. It was good with fresh ingredients and interesting choices, and they made it as you ordered. But to be honest you can find good stuff like this everywhere here, nothing extraordinarily about this one even though it did the job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I passed this wee place on the way to the Spanish Steps, and I saw someone coming out with the most awesome looking sandwich and once finished seeing what we wanted to see, I sought it out, and it didn't disappoint- truffle fragranced pastrami/ prosciutto on a massive panini- all that was missing was a beer....
