Il pane è fatto ancora con metodo tradizionale, la pasticceria da forno buonissima, è possibile richiedere buffet su prenotazione, e specialità tra i dolci i biscotti di Prato, dal gusto autentico che ricorda la tradizione. Per quanto riguarda il salato già dalla mattina presto si ha una grande scelta di prodotti, rinomati per la "croccantella" e "il panaccio". Da tre generazioni i bambini crescono con la schiacciata buonissima della "Nuova Panetteria" . Andateci! ?
