The leavened bread lasts surprisingly well, longer than I expected: 5 days and still feels fresh right out of the oven.

The best flat bread in Florence. A very light dough for one of the historic Florentine snacks. Impossible to resist. The pizza by the slice and various types of bread are also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzazione totale. C'è sempre fila e la pizza margherita all' ora di punta finisce di continuo : ne arriva un padellone alla volta. Inoltre spesso c'è solo una persona e l'attesa deve ta interminabili. Peccato perché di qualità non era male.
