Sono tornata dopo qualche giorno per comprare di nuovo quella stessa focaccia, ma una nuova commessa mi ha informato che in tutte le loro focacce c'è dello strutto, in quella che mi era stata consigliata ce n'era solamente una percentuale minore. Hanno perso una potenziale cliente abituale.
I had asked for a focaccia without lard. I bought a piece of the only type without lard. I came back after a few days to buy that same focaccia again, but a new saleswoman informed me that in all their focaccia there is lard, in the one that was recommended to me there was only a smaller percentage. They have lost a potential regular customer.

La pasta fatta a mano, i biscotti, le torte (della nonna ,di mele, di riso, il budino di Minerbio) ai grissini di pizza, la crescente con i ciccioli, il pane, la pizza è molto buona, il rotolo napoletano e la rosa del deserto.
I love this place and the staff is very kind.Alice recommends you is very good.Here I find the flavors of the past. The handmade pasta, the biscuits, the cakes (grandmother's, apple, rice pudding, the Minerbio pudding) with pizza breadsticks, the crescent with cracklings, bread, pizza is very good, the Neapolitan roll and the desert rose.
