Il personale è stato irreprensibile nel mantenere (ma anche servire) una signora senza mascherina fuori dal locale dove si manteneva cortesemente ordine e disciplina. Locale molto curato, apparentemente (ma probabilmente anche concretamente) pulito. Focaccia da asporto molto buona. Lo consiglio. August 2020. Covid period. The staff was irreproachable in keeping (but also serving) a lady without a mask outside the place where order and discipline were politely maintained. Very well-kept place, apparently (but probably also concretely) clean. Very good takeaway focaccia. I advise.

Anche l'impasto delle focacce è sapientemente dosato, con buoni condimenti I enjoyed an excellent homemade bread, which reminds me of childhood with the taste of the bread of the local bakeries of that time. A	ANDREA FABIANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di assaggiare i prodotti, dopo aver aspettato il nostro turno, 3 di noi sono stati invitati ad uscire dalla commessa perché in troppi all, interno (premetto eravamo solo noi all’interno 5persone dello stesso nucleo intenti a scegliere la pizza), qualche secondo dopo il forno si è riempito di altri clienti che non hanno rispettato la fila presumo del posto, reclamando il fatto siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti e cacciati.. Unfortunately we did not have time to taste the products, after waiting for our turn, 3 of us were invited to leave the order because too many inside (I state it was just us inside 5 people of the same nucleus intent on choosing pizza), a few seconds later the oven was filled with other customers who did not respect the queue, I presume the place, claiming that we were literally attacked and chased away ..

Mais à 8h du matin, je n'ai rien pu acheter d'autre car c 'est le seul pain que j'ai pu acheter. ..tous les autres pains n'étaient pas encore prêts à la vente.. Fort dommage.... La jeune vendeuse était très serviable et sympathique. Excellent rye bread ... But at 8am, I couldn't buy anything else because it is the only bread I could buy. ..all the other breads were not yet ready for sale .. A shame .... The young saleswoman was very helpful and friendly.

Personale disponibile, simpatico e molto professionale! Prodotti tipic squisitissimii e unici , focaccia morbida e squisita, pane soffice, taralli croccanti uno tira l'altro, e specialità tutte da provare! Super . Sicuramente uno tra i migliori dei panifici di Fasano e di tutta la zona circostante. Good bakery in Fasano makes an excellent focaccia and many local products the prices are normal. Bread is good.
