★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio straordinario ricco di prelibatezze tipiche pugliesi di qualità come friselle con vari tipi di farina, pane casereccio, panzerotti fritti e al forno, focacce semplici e farcite e per finire una pizza eccellente!! Infine mi è piaciuta la gentilezza del personale e la cura verso il cliente. Consiglio a tutti e soprattutto ai turisti che hanno voglia di assaggiare le meraviglie pugliesi.
Extraordinary bakery full of typical Apulian quality delicacies such as friselle with various types of flour, homemade bread, fried and baked panzerotti, simple and stuffed focaccia and finally an excellent pizza !! Finally I liked the kindness of the staff and the care for the customer. I recommend to everyone and especially to tourists who want to taste the Apulian wonders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto molto buono. I prodotti di questo forno sono molto buoni. Punta di diamante è di sicuro la loro focaccia sottile. Unico nei è che, a volte, mi è capitato che mi abbiano dato dei pezzi di focaccia di sfornare precedenti (non voglio pensare del giorno prima) che semplicemente erano stati riscaldati e rimessi nel banco. Questo è riconoscibile dalla consistenza della focaccia che diventa gommosa e pastosa al contrario di quella appena fatta che è squisita.
All very good. The products of this oven are very good. The spearhead is certainly their thin focaccia. The only thing is that sometimes it happened to me that they gave me pieces of focaccia to bake earlier (I don't want to think of the day before) that they had simply been heated and put back on the counter. This is recognizable by the consistency of the focaccia which becomes chewy and pasty as opposed to the freshly made which is exquisite.
