Con una prenotazione per le 17:00 di sabato per un tampone trovo la clinica chiusa per quasi un'ora fino al momento in cui ho deciso di andare via. Ovviamente il tutto senza neanche una chiamata per avvisare. Questa non è professionalità. Poor service and ZERO respect. With a 5pm Saturday reservation for a tampon, I find the clinic closed for nearly an hour until I decide to leave. Obviously all without even a call to warn. This is not professionalism.
