C	Claudia BB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermata questa mattina, ho chiesto se una baguette era con la crosta dura ma cmq fosse morbida per la neonata a casa. Mi ha risposto sì, è dura ma morbida. Sono arrivata a casa, Sorpresa... Si tira contro a un muro! Soldi buttati, va bene per il pangrattato non per essere mangiato né da adulti né bambini.! Niente, mi ero fermata su consiglio di una mia amica, ma non ci metteremo più piede. Il pane alla curcuma era buono comunque. Molto buoni anche i prodotti vegani: pur non essendo vegana, li prendo per il loro sapore e fragranza. Ultima cosa ma non per importanza, la gentilezza del personale. Una gentilezza genuina. Rara. When daily bread is a daily pleasure. Variety of products with excellent flours. Perfect leavening (I don't mean it but my stomach does). È poco prima del ponte di Tiberio. Adesso in questo periodo di covid ci sono alcune regole da rispettare, si entra non più di una persona alla volta, obbligatorio indossare la mascherina. Prima di entrare ho fatto la fila, ma è scorrevole. Si entra da un lato si esce da un'altra parte.
