★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta di pane e dolci, tutti particolari e assolutamente da provare, anche se alcuni sono davvero "estremi". Una volta provato questo tipo di forno si torna sempre a malincuore nel regno della panificazione classica.
