Recarsi ad Atella solo per degustare i prodotti del panificio Galasso. Tornerò a Pasqua per la colomba. Grazie di esistere.

Sull' aspetto non ho nulla da dire ,come anche per il gusto dell'impasto.
L'unica cosa lo trovo un po misero di cioccolato all'interno ,magari qualche goccia di cioccolato in più avrebbe migliorato decisamente il sapore .
Per il resto molto soffice e fragrante .
Consigliato.
They gave me an artisanal panettone from the Galasso bakery.
I have nothing to say about appearance, as well as for the taste of the dough.
The only thing I find is a little miserable of chocolate inside, maybe a few more drops of chocolate would have definitely improved the flavor.
Otherwise very soft and fragrant.
Recommended.
