Excellent bread with mother yeast (only Wed and Sat) but also all the other formats are made with the passion of "once".

β β β β β Ho provato vari tipi di pane, li trovo molto buoni, rimangono molto morbidi anche il giorno dopo, senza cambiare molto la loro qualitΓ .
Ho provato anche le varie pizze e focacce, morbide e buone, non sono unte.
La cosa che trovo straordinario che il pane rimanga morbido anche x piu' giorni,mentre lo si mangia si nota un profumo di pane e non rimane il gusto di lievito in bocca mentre lo si mangia, in alcuni panifici quando si compra pane o pizza sanno di lievito. Ci voleva un panificio così a così a Bonate sopra.
I have tried various types of bread, I find them very good, they remain very soft even the next day, without changing their quality very much.
I also tried the various pizzas and focaccias, soft and good, they are not greasy.
The thing that I find extraordinary that the bread remains soft even for several days, while you eat it you notice a smell of bread and the taste of yeast in the mouth does not remain while you eat it, in some bakeries when you buy bread or pizza they know of yeast. It took a so-so bakery in Bonate above.
