Sono stato varie volte e ho spaziato dal salato al dolce e in pochi forni ho potuto verificare un così alto livello. Ora con la caffetteria e l'apertura della piazzetta retrostante con posti a sedere all'aperto è il massimo per la città di Bergamo. Venite anche a Milano!!!
Quality oven. Care of the product starting from the raw materials, great experience in the processing of doughs and perfect cooking. I have been several times and I have ranged from salty to sweet and in few ovens I have been able to verify such a high level. Now with the cafeteria and the opening of the small square behind it with outdoor seating it is the best for the city of Bergamo. Come to Milan too !!!
