l	luca rinaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio dipendente vive a Bonate Sopra e sono mesi che per ragioni lavorative necessitiamo della sua Carta di Identitá, sono mesi che pur di non fargliela lo invitano a farsela fare nei Comuni limitrofi, e qua scatta il domandone...Come fa un comune che non è quello di residenza a fargli la C.I.??? Io per esempio mi sono appena trasferito a Dalmine e la C.I. me l'hanno fatta su appuntamento, e mi è arrivata a casa e prima di lasciarmela nella buca delle lettere, mi hanno pure citofonato. Se avete problemi organizzativi fatelo presente perchè Vi ricordo che non siete una azienda privata, che visto l'andazzo sarebbe già bella che fallita, siete un ente pubblico, per cui datevi una sveglia altrimenti quel paese si svuota. Incompetenti!! Se poi si chiede di asfaltare, allura chi se visto se visto . . . . Voto sotto-zero, altro che uno. Bad Municipality. In Via C.A. from the Church there have been holes for months. Called 1000 times to proceed as much as a few patches, missing an answer? And if you ask to pave it, allure who if seen if seen. . . . Rating below zero, other than one.

S	SIMONA RADAVELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo assurdo avere il SUE e volere comunque la copia cartacea…… Così devi perdere ulteriore tempo per recarti all’ufficio protocollo e consegnarne una copia …. Fortunatamente la maggior parte dei comuni con il SUE non chiedono nessuna copia cartacea e così davvero è una miglioria !!!!! In tempo sopratutto !!!! I find it absurd to have the SUE and still want the hard copy ....... So you have to waste more time to go to the protocol office and deliver a copy .... Fortunately most of the municipalities with the SUE do not ask for any hard copy and so it really is an improvement !!!!! In time above all !!!!
a	alessandra bocconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lunedì sono passata perché non mi era arrivata una lettera dalla tari,quindi dopo aver scritto un e-mail all'ufficio tributi alla quale non ricevetti risposta, decisi di passare in uno dei 2giorni in cui l'ufficio era aperto, appena salgo mi sono sentita dire dall'addetta che la sua collega aveva deciso di assentarsi e che lei non sapeva usare il programma, di ripassare un altra volta ... (perché le persone comuni non lavorano e hanno tutto il tempo a disposizione),o di richiamare il giorno dopo, gli feci presente che avevo mandato un email la settimana precedente e se mi facessero la cortesia di rispondermi...Dopo sono dovuta passare in segreteria per avere il foglio di scarico del pre-scuola di mio figlio con 730, la signorina mi guarda allarmata "Non penserà che glielo preparo subito"....quindi ho lasciato l'email per avere il foglio. Unica nota positiva è l'addetta all'ufficio anagrafe che si è rivelata molto cortese nel dirmi dove dovevo recarmi per avere il materiale che mi serviva. The only positive note is the registry office clerk who was very courteous in telling me where I had to go to get the material I needed.
