★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gluten free options! During my stay in Palermo, I visited this bakery 3-4 times, trying various things. They have both excellent savory and sweet options, even if you don’t need to follow a gluten-free diet (as I myself must). My wife and I tried a small pizza, some arancine, a variety of cookies, and some pastries. All were very excellent, some of the pastries specifically were unbelievably fluffy for being GF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pastries are delicious!! I haven‘t had a chocolate croissant in over 5 years - and it tasted simply amazing!! If you are intolerant to gluten that is the place to get your bread and sweet and salty pastries!! Gonna come back here!
