È immerso nel verde dei vigneti di Frascineto, ed è facile raggiungerlo, trovandosi a soli 2 km dallo svincolo Frascineto della A2. Oltre al Pane, apprezzo molto le "pitte", le frese integrali, i taralli e poi le Pizze, di vari gusti. Negli ultimi tempi sto apprezzando molto le "FRESE" alla curcuma con semi di lino e di zucca, ottime,!..io amo condirle, leggermente bagnate, con una insalata di pomodoro e mozzarella..una delizia! Tutto ciò ve lo dice uno che è letteralmente "cresciuto" in un mulino! Vi garantisco che il pane buono lo conosco..Vi potete fidare.. P.s. Si può mangiare sul posto, anche all'aperto, ottime PIZZE cotte nel forno del PANE, in uno scenario da favola, avendo di fronte la maestosa ghirlanda della Catena del Pollino. The Baroni Bakery boasts an ancient tradition in the noble "ART of BREAD" and "bakes" many high quality products. It is surrounded by the green vineyards of Frascineto, and it is easy to reach it, being just 2 km from the Frascineto junction of the A2. In addition to bread, I really appreciate the "pitte", the wholemeal frese, the taralli and then the Pizzas, of various flavors. Lately I am really appreciating the "FRESE" with turmeric with flax and pumpkin seeds, excellent,! .. I love to dress them, slightly wet, with a tomato and mozzarella salad .. a delight! All this is told by someone who literally "grew up" in a mill! I guarantee you that I know good bread .. You can trust it .. P.s. You can eat on the spot, even outdoors, excellent PIZZAS cooked in the BREAD oven, in a fairytale setting, facing the majestic garland of the Pollino chain.
