La transizione è stata facile e veloce, dopo un appuntamento per visionare l'auto ci siamo visti dopo 7 giorni per la consegna della stessa. La concessionaria mi ha rilasciato un foglio scritto a mano in cui si dichiarava di prendere in carico la vettura nel giorno stesso. Fin qui tutto da 5 stelle. La nota dolente è avvenuta quando mi sono accorto che il passaggio di proprietà è effettivamente avvenuto i primi di dicembre, in modo da far cadere a me il pagamento del bollo per l'anno in corso. Il bollo era con scandenza 31 agosto, e quindi "per legge" è aspettato a me, anche se la vettura è stata presa in carico dal concessionario 3 mesi prima. Chiamo telefonicamente per delle spiegazioni e mi viene detto che la difficoltà di non aver venduto la vettura li ha spinti a fare così. Fate voi le vostre considerazioni.
I sold my car to this dealer in June 2020. The transition was quick and easy, after an appointment to view the car we met after 7 days for delivery of the car. The dealership issued me a handwritten sheet stating that they would take charge of the car on the same day. So far everything from 5 stars. The sore point occurred when I realized that the change of ownership actually took place in early December, so as to drop me the payment of the stamp duty for the current year. The road tax was due to expire on August 31, and therefore "by law" is expected from me, even if the car was taken over by the dealer 3 months earlier. I call by phone for explanations and I am told that the difficulty of not having sold the car led them to do so. Make your own considerations.
