Ho scoperto che Piero lavora l'eccellenza della carne, tiene il negozio pulito ed i tagli che offre sono di primissima scelta. Prepara le salsicce personalmente ed ha anche un'ampia scelta di formaggi e salumi, tutto certificato, di filiera italiana. Da provare anche spiedini e olive ascolane. Insomma, se provi la macelleria er violino, non compri più la carne altrove. Ottimo il suo suino nero allevato allo stato brado con cui prepara pancetta e salsicce artigianalmente, cosi come lo sono i suoi preparati e la qualità delle carni....da non perdere!
